Arkansas Senate Chamber

• Cameras in the chamber and committee rooms display members during addresses.
• From the control booth, video can be recorded and streamed over the internet and television networks.
• Zoom Rooms video meetings can take place from the chamber and committee rooms.
• Switching matrix allows video and audio to be routed to and from committee rooms and chamber for overflow and to create a video call without using the internet.

Construction on Arkansas's second capitol was completed in 1915. Although the building was not yet fully completed, the Arkansas Senate held their first meeting there in 1911.

The building was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and has undergone renovations several times during its 100+ years.
