• The integrated touch control system provides management of the Beyerdynamic Orbis microphone system including request-to-speak queue and chairperson override.
• The touch interface also incorporates control of the PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras, multimedia playback, telephone conferencing, streaming/recording functions, and more.

Renovations of Maumelle's City Hall began in late 2019 and, in early 2020, JSA was engaged to help with planning and budgeting.

The project, which included conference rooms and the lobby in addition the council chamber, facilitated in-person meetings plus recording, streaming, and conferencing.

Equipment from the previous systems (by others) was incorporated in the new systems.
