- Four pan-tilt-zoom cameras send video to a control room from which it can be streamed over the internet and transmitted to public television networks.
- Microphones at each council member's seat are activated by the push button and also controlled from the touch panel at the mayor's seat.
- Multimedia content is projected onto screens on the right and left walls of the chamber.
North Little Rock City Hall was constructed in 1914-15 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
In 2005, the building and council chambers underwent renovations which restored portions to their original state along with various other enhancements and updates.
